This was a unique fantasy with a unique triangle. Elver is a monster. Her touch is deadly to the human touch. Artair is one of the Sleepless. His body is inhabited by an evil spirit when he falls unconscious or asleep. Lucian is the “evil spirit”. As the journey takes these three to find out the mystery behind the Sleepless, their worlds become entangled until the hard truth is discovered. Readers will be left waiting on the final book to see how the story ends.

The duology ends with The Dreamless out on May 7, 2026.

Readers will recognize Jasalyn as Brie’s younger sister who was held captive by Mordeus in the earlier books. Bitter, when she is captured by a group determined to end Mordeus once and for all, Jas joins in as her doppelganger, Felicity, goes to the Wild Fae court to find a hidden portal. Soon both girls are caught up in their new roles where their futures offer new possibilities that they never dreamed possible. This book does end in a cliffhanger that will leave readers wondering what happens to both Jas and Felicity.

This book was the conclusion to Brie’s journey to fae and the deception that she found there. With never a dull moment and a few surprises thrown in along the way, fand of the series will be satisfied with the ending.

A stunning fantasy read where secret identities are the basis for the story. Having met by chance, not knowing who the other is, the story is told in dual POVs. Full of Chinese mythology, mystery and a slow burning romance that takes our characters by surprise, this book is an epic fantasy read. Billed as a standalone, the epilogue to the story has me rooting for more adventures.

A great start to a new fantasy trilogy that ends in a cliffhanger. Definitely a unique plot that contains a love/hate/user triangle that allows the reader to get insight into all three of the main characters. A highly recommended suggestion from a student who loves fantasy.

Book two in the Salvation Cycle, Dawnbreaker, is expected in 2023.

This was the book that I have been needing in my life. Brie and her sister Jaz are in an impossible situation, overwhelming debt owed to the aunt they work for. When Madam Vivias sells Jaz to the fae to settle their debts, Brie is determined to get her back. Extremely distrustful of the fae, Brie is desperate and makes a deal with the king of the Unseelie Court. Send. Soon Brie is caught up in a web of lies and deceit with no one to trust.

An incredible jaw-dropping ending that I didn't see coming explodes in the final chapters that will have readers clamoring for the next book

For me, too much time had passed between the publication of the second and third books in this trilogy. The beginning of this book seemed to take a while for the storylines to converge onto one path. Our characters are literally scattered throughout time and space but once I saw where the story was going, I was hooked. Definitely a satisfying conclusion to his trilogy.

This was a great start to an incredible fantasy story. Two young royal heirs are arranged to be married and their first meeting isn't a smooth one. Nine years have passed with the occasional letter written between them. Neither is looking forward to the day when they will once again meet. When Jatin switches places with his guard and unknowingly meets his fiance Adraa, the two become intrigued by each other not knowing their true identities.

Working together to uncover the criminal underworld, the two begin to fall for one another as a threat to their kingdoms and their futures, looms large on the horizon. Eager fans will be left waiting for the final installment in this Indian-inspired fantasy. 

The story will conclude on January 18, 2022, with Bound by Firelight.

A great mashup of alternative history, family, identity, and lots of well-known fairy tales. It sounds confusing but I didn't find it that way for long. I loved uncovering how Tala and Alex's backgrounds fit together and what the future may bring for the two of these characters. That cliffhanger ending has ensured that I'll be picking up book two in the future.

I don't know why I waited so long to read this book but I'm so glad I finally did. This is just the type of fantasy book that I adore, a strong heroine with close, supportive friends, and of course a love interest. Theo is the perfect, tragic princess who finally realizes that no one is going to save her but herself. It also dawns on her that she has been blind to the horrors outside of her palace prison. This also isn't one of those dragging fantasy books where an entire new world needs to be built. It is a new world but the descriptions take place along with the plot. Definitely fast paced.  And that cliffhanger ending. Wow! I never saw that twist coming. Thank goodness the remaining two books in the trilogy are already available. Now onto the next book.

OMG! No second book slow down here. More twists and turns as well as shocking reveals throughout. Thank goodness this trilogy is complete as I can pick up that much needed conclusion right away.
