Princess Raisa/Rebecca Morley is on her own since being kidnapped by Micah Bayar in Oden’s Ford and escaping during an attack by Gerard Montaigne. Soon things are looking up for her when Edon Byrne, captain of the Queen’s Guard, and his triple come to her rescue and accompany her home to claim her birthright. Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins

Bridgette is her loyal best friend; she has a dream job at the movie theater and a major crush that is beginning to go somewhere. Now all of sudden her best-selling author father has decided to enroll Anna in a French boarding school, the School of America in Paris (SOAP). This isn’t exactly how she wanted to spend her last year of high school, until she meets the beautiful, charming and smart Etienne St. Clair.
Unfortunately Etienne has a serious girlfriend and is the object of most everyone’s crush. Gorgeous with great looking hair, Etienne is on the short side but everyone’s friend. His mother is American, father is French and Etienne was raised in London before attending school at SOAP. Anna and Etienne hit it off right away but Anna tries to distance herself and deny her increasing attraction.
As the school year on, readers will pick up on the undeniable attraction between the two and will be left breathless wondering if and when Anna will receive her French kiss.

Wolfsbane by Andrea Cremer (Nightshade book 2)
SPOILER ALERT! If you haven’t read the first book in the series, Nightshade, STOP! I don’t want to ruin one of my favorite series for you.It has been one week since the climatic events at Rowan Estate and Calla is slowly realizing where she is. Calla doesn’t trust the Searchers, a Guardian’s sworn enemy, but is relieved to see that Shay is ok. She soon realizes that everything she has known about her life is a lie to keep her enslaved to the Keepers’ cause. When Calla decides to join the Searchers in their war against the Keepers, their first mission to her relief is to go back to Vial to rescue her pack.
What has happened to Calla’s loved ones since her defection from Vial? Will she be able to rescue her pack or will they want to be rescued? And will Calla be able to choose Shay or does her heart belong to Ren? Simon’s job is to get Emma back into training. As the team gets stronger, so does Neos. What’s worse is that someone will betray them and Emma never sees it coming.

It turns out Nora’s previous employer was a vampire and she has brought along reinforcements, namely Zachary, Quincie’s guardian.
